Hello, my name is Ryan Stockdale, I was born and raised in Mexico City and have over 12 years of experience in the real estate and financial services

industries. I co-founded Coba Capital, a real estate development firm in Mexico and developer of the Candela brand of residential and mixed-use communities. Before Coba Capital, I was a Vice President at Zeller Realty Group (ZRG), a real estate private equity firm in Chicago. I was also heavily involved in Lares Desarrollos, a ZRG joint venture that designs and develops master planned communities in Mexico. Previously, I spent 4 years in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley working with clients in Mexico and the US. I graduated with a bachelors in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana and have an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
