Fantastic conference organized by Black Bull Investors Club in #Miami this week! As always, it was a superb event packed with insightful panels and dynamic discussions across a variety of topics.

What stood out for me this time was the chance to connect with a truly diverse audience from all over LATAM. A great opportunity to exchange ideas on investment interests and gain fresh insights into current trends.

We had engaging conversations focusing on the U.S. residential markets, diving into #SingleFamilyRentals and #BTR, while elevating the awareness of this exciting emerging asset class.

Great discussions and insights at the LATAM Family Office & Investors Summit in Miami!
It was a privilege to participate in this event, presented by the Black Bull Investors Club on March 6-7, alongside industry leaders and experts. As an Advisory Board Member of the LATAM Family Office Society, I had the pleasure of joining fellow board member Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin, as well as Larry Abbo, Eduardo Fidalgo, and Martha Bejar, for a dynamic panel discussion. Together, we explored the evolving landscape for LATAM Family Offices, covering key topics such as: Cross-border investment strategies and navigating international markets; Tax and regulatory challenges affecting wealth structuring and estate planning; and Emerging opportunities in sectors like real estate and luxury brands. The LATAM Family Office Society continues to foster valuable discussions that empower families to navigate global investment opportunities while adapting to regulatory shifts. Looking forward to continuing these conversations and driving impactful collaborations in this space!

I had a fantastic time speaking at the Miami Family Office & Investment Summit 2025, organized by Black Bull Investors Club. It was an honor to share the stage with Antonio J Lopez Betancur, Daniel Markee, Alejandro H. Garza Salazar, Horacio Garza and Jacques Bessoudo, discussing the most pressing trends shaping real estate private equity today.
A key takeaway from our discussion was the growing consensus that current market conditions are creating compelling investment opportunities, particularly in Multifamily and Industrial properties. Both sectors continue to demonstrate strong long-term potential and are trading at valuations we haven’t seen in years. As the market evolves, this presents exciting opportunities for strategic capital allocation.

Enjoyed attending the LATAM Family Office & Investors Summit in Coral Gables this week. The 2-day summit produced by Black Bull Investors Club is among a series of events scheduled this year by the club throughout Latin America.

Hundreds of professionals from both Miami and Latin America convened to discuss a number of topics including the consideration and selection of digital assets for private wealth management investment strategies.

Fellow The Economic Club of Miami member Antonio J Lopez Betancur and his real estate PE firm co-sponsored the event. Thanks for the invite!
