Mr. Cerdas has a BS in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from ITESM in Mexico City and has a Master in Top Management (MEDEX) from IPADE Business School in Mexico, as well as a certification in Engineering and Construction from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. As a dedicated entrepreneur, he founded Global Businesses Inc de México in 2002, a company dedicated to the construction and development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Mexico. Mr. Cerdas has been the acting CEO since the beginning with sustained double digit growth year after year for more than 17 years. GBInc has built more than 310,000 m2 participating in more than 300 projects in 46 different cities generating more than 1,500 jobs. Mr. Cerdas has developed a solid team and a strong company with quality operative processes at every work site. Mr. Cerdas has become a consolidated and recognized entrepreneur in the sector proving confidence to his investors, collaborators, providers, and clients. Along with his friend and college partner, Mr. Angel Bernal, he is the co-founder of Cobra Development Fund, a real estate fund dedicated to the development of projects in Mexico City.
