Richard Condor is the Country Economist for Mexico and select Central American economies at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Minnesota, a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of the Pacific. His main areas of expertise include financial macroeconomics, macroprudential policies, macroeconomic forecasting, and computational methods.
