We are building the Candela brand of residential communities. To date, these include Candela Tulum and Candela Valladolid, both located in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, as well as an upcoming Candela community in San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit. Our intention is to grow the Candela portfolio to locations that are either tourism hotspots or emerging hotspots while maintaining the guiding principles established within the brand’s foundation.

We are looking to grow our portfolio of communities by raising capital at each project, catering to different investor preferences and generating IRRs in excess of 40% and multiples on invested capital of over 4x.
