An attorney licensed in Florida, New York, and South Dakota, specializing in international taxation, pre-immigration tax planning, and corporate and wealth structuring. She holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and an LL.M. in International Taxation from the University of Miami. Her experience focuses on advising individuals, families, family offices, and companies on international tax and wealth structures.
He has over 15 years of experience in international taxation, wealth structuring, cross-border transactions, and corporate law. He holds a law degree from the Universidad de los Andes (Chile) and an LL.M. in International Business Law from ESADE. His experience includes advising multinational companies, investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices across multiple jurisdictions.
Law graduate from the University of Lima, holding a Master of Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He possesses extensive experience in taxation, foreign investment, tax planning, international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and the assessment of tax and legal contingencies. He currently presides over the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT).
